To paint feeling. While painting I am feeling not thinking. It is something beyond the mind. My intuition. I am enjoying the process. Visualizing, unmaterializing through the brushes. The harmonies and the subtle contrasts. The crescendos and diminuendos. the metaphysical dance of color. The play of the subjective and the objective. The abstract and the abstract figurative-- this dance goes on and on until the canvas is finished and signed.
